Set of 4 DRD aluminium injector cap / sleeve / insert replacements for VW & Audi 1.8T 20V engines.

These are 27mm large type (M27 x 1.5 thread) inserts with a 14mm internal diameter for injector O-ring sealing.

Designed for use on most 20V small port intake manifolds and compatible with both standard fuel rails and aftermarket/direct replacement fuel rails.

Available in two injector length versions to suit different injector setups.

⚠ Important Installation Notes

Threads in the intake manifold must be cleaned thoroughly.
All carbon build-up and old sealant must be removed.
Failure to clean threads properly may result in manifold cracking or splitting.
PTFE tape or fuel-resistant thread sealant must be applied to prevent air leaks.

To avoid confusion, measure your insert outside diameter before ordering.
It must measure 27mm, not 24mm.
