Set of 4 DRD aluminium injector cap / sleeve / insert replacements for VW & Audi 20V engines.
These are 24mm small type (M24 x 1.5 thread) inserts with a 14mm internal diameter for O-ring sealing.
Designed to replace factory injector inserts on 20V big port intake manifolds and compatible with standard fuel rails or direct replacement aftermarket fuel rails.
We offer three different versions depending on injector length between O-rings.

⚠ Important Installation Notes

Threads in the intake manifold must be cleaned thoroughly.

All carbon build-up and old sealant must be removed.

Failure to clean threads properly may result in manifold cracking or splitting.

PTFE tape or fuel-resistant thread sealant must be applied to prevent air leaks.
Injector installation tool sold separately. Injectors not included.

To avoid confusion, measure your insert outside diameter before ordering.
It must measure 24mm, not 27mm.
