Right-hand timing side engine mounting bracket for installing modern engines into VW Mk1 chassis. Designed for direct bolt-in conversion of:

Engineered specifically for VW Mk1 Golf and Caddy applications. Supplied with a 60 Shore polyurethane bush for ideal balance of comfort and performance in street or light track builds.
Bracket aligns engine correctly in the bay and clears Mk1 chassis leg and crossmember without cutting.
When installing a 20V engine, the factory hydraulic timing belt tensioner setup must be deleted. Use a VW 16V mechanical tensioner (Part # A677 or A677A) and matching spacer kit (Part # GW653122) — both available from Delarey Racing Developments.
